Hey Midcurrent,

I am writing to you today to provide an update about an incredibly important member of our team here at MC—our Worship Director, Josh O’Meara.

You’ve likely noticed Josh’s recent absences on Wednesdays and Sundays over the last month. He is currently navigating some significant and unexpected health challenges. We are doing our best to give him the space and support he needs to return to full health and strength. Josh is recuperating with his family in California. While we don’t yet have a time frame for his return, we anticipate his absence to continue through the month of April, and we hope to share an update in May.

In less than a year, Josh has already made a huge impact on the MC family. We love him, miss him, and are praying for him. We invite you to do the same. Your prayers for God’s work at Midcurrent to continue during Josh’s absence are also greatly appreciated.

Before I sign off, I can’t help but want to remind you about the significance of Easter at Midcurrent which is now less than two weeks away.  In anticipation of many guests, we are hosting FOUR Easter services.

• Saturday, April 19 at 4:30pm
• Sunday, April 20 at 8:00am, 9:30am, & 11:00am

Registration is not required, but you can help us prepare best for this exciting weekend by submitting an RSVP for whichever service you and your guests are planing to attend. You can RSVP with THIS LINK or by clicking the Sign Up tab on the Church Center App. If you call Midcurrent home and are looking for an opportunity to help us be as hospitable as possible over the Easter weekend, we’d be glad to have you consider the 8:00am worship experience on Sunday morning as we expect many of our visitors to attend on Saturday at 4:30pm as well as Sunday at 9:30am. One way or another, we’ll be excited to celebrate with you, your friends, family, and guests.
