I know you’ve got your hearts set on summer, the end of school, and a day on the beach or at the lake, but there’s two important dates in the next seven days that I do not want you to overlook.

1. Sunday, May 19: This will be Brian Smith’s last Sunday as a part time member of our staff before he transitions to a full time member of the greater MC Family. Join us on Sunday as we send Brian off with all of our thanks and appreciation. There will be a place for you to leave a card as a way to express your appreciation as well.
2. Tuesday, May 21: We’re holding our annual meeting on Tuesday night at 6:30pm. This will be a short and uplifting celebration as we highlight all that God has done in the last year. We’ll also look ahead to how we believe God will continue to be at work in the year to come. All are invited to take part in this celebration, however only current and active MC Partners will vote to affirm a 2024-2025 budget as well as new nominations to our Lead Team. And as a special bonus, everyone will get a chance to meet, and be lead in worship by, our new worship leader, Josh O’Meara. Childcare is provided. RSVP here! 

Don’t forget about our 3rd week through the Old Testament book of Jonah. We’ll learn a valuable lesson about how God is often at work in our lives. Really hope to see you there!
