Rhea was born and raised in northwest Minnesota before moving to the Twin Cities to attend the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, where she quickly fell in love with the area. She has been serving as a worship leader since 2018, where she met and served alongside her husband Sam.

At Midcurrent, Rhea will be overseeing discipleship and helping people take their next steps in a relationship with Jesus and with others at Midcurrent. She also will be working with Sam to facilitate moments of worship on Sunday mornings. She is passionate about people experiencing the life changing presence of God.

When she’s not wandering a local farmers market with a coffee in hand, you’ll probably find her at the lake trying to land a 360 on the surfboard or hanging out with her family.
