It’s seems like a year ago at this time, we were making weekly updates about COVID-19 and it’s ever-changing influence on the life of our church. Thankfully that season of unending updates and pivot came to a close. But now some 12 months later, we wanted to take a moment to provide another update for all of you regarding face masks at Midcurrent
Beginning Sunday, May 23, face masks will be optional
Local, state, and federal guidelines are continuing to evolve, and given the progress we have experienced, we trust and respect the decision you will make for yourself and your family as you engage with the broader community around you.
And while face masks are optional, being a responsible and respectful member of the community is not! :
If, for whatever reason, you need to continue wearing a mask, please do. And if you are not feeling well, or you are not yet comfortable around others who may not be wearing masks, we’d love to invite you to join us online for worship at youtube.com/midcurrentchurch.
I know I can’t wait to see your face this Sunday–masked or unmasked. Either is fine with me. I’m just looking forward to being together and bringing a close to our series, I Have a Question. And as we do come together, let’s put all of our energy into worshipping a very real and a very good God who wants to meet us in very personal and powerful ways.
